Summary
Completely gut and renovate 14,000 sf of existing wet lab and Animal Research
Center on the 10th floor of the Cummings Life Science Center building. New
mechanical systems located in the basement will be completely refurbished and/or
replaced to accommodate the 10th floor along with 3 other floors.
